Flower Child

Good morning everyone! Mondays are always rough, especially coming from a long weekend
(if you are in US than you are probably still recovering from the heat wave we have been having,
too much beer and barbecue and some nice July 4th parties).
So let's gather ourselves together and conquer this week. A little breeze wouldn't hurt
either NY. It's safe to say that this weekend, I stuck to the shortest/lesser amount of clothing
humanly possibly as to avoid immediate melting.

I love rompers with a serious passion and wipe them out as soon as it gets too hot and I can no longer function to actually put together an entire outfit. Throw in some heels and a flower crown and there you go, a bohemian look worth 20 seconds of prep time.
What do you guys think?
romper: french connection (other options) here// shoes: prabal gurung for target//
clutch: kate spade// flower crown: The Market NYC pop-up

PS. Flower crows are actually super fun if done right. Pare it with either a romper or a maxi dress/long skirt. But keep it simple and don't overdo with jewelry as it may look too forced on.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Love,
O

Prabal Gurung

Happy Friday dolls!

PS: Yes, I was very cold but I couldn't possible wait till spring to show this, could I?

Hope  you have a wonderful weekend and thanks so much for reading!

Shirt dress + shoes: Prabal Gurung for Target
Tights + clutch + belt: Club Monaco
Lipstick: Mac/Saint Germain

As most of you, I have been torn about the Prabal Gurung for Target collection. The minute I saw the lookbook I fell in love with how floral and colorful it was but I was worried if the material and quality would live up to the hype.  But once I saw the dress  I knew I was not going to be able to resist it. I can’t speak for all the pieces but  this dress is a winner for its vibrant array of colors alone.  At the end of the day if an item makes you happy and giddy with excitement that’s really what it’s all about, isn't it?
