Stripes and Greys

Bag: Tory Burch (here)
Sunglasses: Ralph Lauren (old)

This bit of normalcy is a welcoming distraction from the current reality of NYC due to Sandy. Hoping to get power back sometime soon... For now I’ll try to stay in touch as often as I can.

To all of you effected by Sandy and dealing with the aftermath, STAY STRONG.

Oh how I am missing the normal days from just last week, my posts serve as a constant reminder that happier times will return. :)

    I'm so happy I stumbled across your lovely blog.

    I hope you were safe and dry through out this awful storm! My husband and I were back in the city last year when Irene hit. Thankfully we were staying in UWS, so we didn't see anything awful like downtown. I remember Soho flooded and a guy was canoeing! Thankfully, that storm was as bad as it was hyped up, but Sandy sure did live up to all the hype. My goodness. I so wish I can do more other than donate... I hope you get some normalcy back soon!

      thanks sweetie! we finally got electricity and water back after a week, but most importantly we are safe! But we know a lot of people who have lost their homes and it's really heartbreaking.

      This one was turned out to be a lot worse than Irene, we didn't even lose power during Irene. I'm glad you guys were ok :)
