Excited to head into April and finally brush off the winter coats. First signs of spring

are always a favorite of mine and I’m eager to see it all come to life yet again
(including me). Haven’t spotted any cherry blossoms yet, but my guy has been rather
 spoiling me with pink roses and for that I’m even more grateful. I hope you are all
enjoying warmer weather and are just as happy for winter to be finally over
as I certainly am. And with that, Happy April guys!

I love short weeks, who doesn’t, it makes the week just fly by. Unfortunately that means that the next week will drag on forever, but let’s not get into that just yet.

In a desperate effort to stay warm and after I drained my Starbucks I ended up in Madewell and couldn’t leave without purchasing these rock & roll  pants (after seeing Rock of Ages this weekend I firmly believe they came from one of their dressing rooms). Either way I love them, I wore them the next day and night (more on that later)  and I don’t know how I lived without them.

Neon + weekend moments

 My guy and I had absolutly one of the best Sundays ever. You know those days when you have nothing planned and yet you end up seeing and doing more then you could have piled on in one day?

This blue door caught my attention, so we quickly snapped some shots.

Got lost in West Village and found this block that completely took my breath away. Looks like one of those narrow quaint streets you find in Italy. Either way had to share with you.

 After a quick brunch and a stop at Milk & Cookies Bakery, we headed home to watch the Golden Globes.

Happy Monday darlings!

This weekend I decided to pull out my newly purchased sequined shorts and mix them with a fun and somewhat nerdy tee (really how cute is this t-shirt?!!). I love mixing unexpected pieces (and seeing the look of complete and utter disbelief on my boyfriends face that I am indeed walking out of the house like that).

After a long and stressful week at work I am definitely looking forward to the weekend. Starting the day right with a trip to Au Bon Pain for a much needed chocolate croissant. Chocolate really does cure all.

I recently purchased yet another red lipstick this time from Stila and I must say I'm a little obsessed. The deep hue perfectly transitions for fall but most importantly this lipstick stays on!!! the whole day.

Ok... where to start? I had such an amazing time although I was itching to get back and blog about it, how crazy is that?  The culture, the people, the architecture and can we talk about the clothes? First off, I never thought so many stores even existed ( and I live in NY) ha; anything from Zara and Dior is lined up all throughout beautiful streets of Barcelona.

On my last day I finally made my way through Zara and BCBG (pictures to follow soon).
